What We Look For

Frontend Developer

• React & Next.js (App Router) with TypeScript
• TailwindCSS and animation libraries (GSAP or similar)
• Accessibility-first development and semantic HTML

Full-Stack Developer

• Next.js full-stack (API routes, server actions) with TypeScript
• REST and GraphQL API design with MongoDB or PostgreSQL
• Headless CMS integration (Payload or similar)

Data Engineer

• Databricks, Delta Lake, and Python (PySpark, Pandas)
• Pipeline design and orchestration (Azure Data Factory or similar)
• Data modelling and schema design
• Data governance tooling (Unity Catalog or equivalent)

ML / AI Engineer

• LLM fine-tuning and RAG pipelines (Python, PyTorch or JAX)
• Knowledge Graph tooling (RDF, SPARQL, Stardog)
• Experiment tracking and ML deployment (MLflow, Azure ML, or Databricks ML)
